Hi friends!

IT'S BACK. 🏊 Kits Pool officially reopened yesterday — 137 metres of heated saltwater perfection with the North Shore mountains right there. If you're planning a visit, book online. Only 25% of spots are saved for drop-ins, and with this weekend's forecast, everyone in the city is going to remember it exists. (Pool fees: adult $7.93, child $3.97, preschoolers free, or $7.93 for one adult + one child/youth before taxes. Online reservations recommended — entry is not guaranteed for drop-ins.)

Between Kits Pool opening and Canada kicking off their World Cup run at BC Place today, summer in Vancouver has officially started.
And this weekend? It's Father's Day 🎣

The Weather: ☀️ A dream. Highs around 23-25°C from Friday to Sunday, sunny to partly sunny, and very outdoor-kid compatible.

  • Friday-Sunday: 🎣 Licence-free fishing across BC

  • Saturday: ✈️ Pitt Meadows Airport Day (free, once a year)

  • Saturday-Sunday: 🏝️ Father's Day at Granville Island (photos + activities)
